We just moved to Nashville and found Mark’s Mattresses through the Helix Sleep website. Our goal was to test out the Helix Midnight Luxe mattress and then go order it online direct. But after speaking with John, we decided to order it through the store based on his personality and extensive knowledge in helping us decide on the right mattress. He spent plenty of time with us, even staying after hours to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. He got us a great price (better than Helix direct) and couldn’t be happier with our decision, all because of John!

Went in the store late in the afternoon and was on a time crunch. My MIL was getting released from the nursing home the next day and needed a new mattress. Ashlynn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got us out the door with our purchase in no time. Incredibly thankful for the great service.
